Crunchyroll, the global brand fueling anime fandom, revealed the winners of the 2025 Crunchyroll Anime Awards during a live ceremony held at Grand Prince Hotel Shin Takanawa in Tokyo on Sunday (May 25).

Anime's answers to the Oscars may not be as prestigious as its Academy Award big brother, but it's no less of an honor to the animation studios, producers, and actors who pick up gongs on the night at the Anime Awards.

Celebrities including Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, Kacey Musgraves and Damiano David, along with top creators, gathered in Tokyo on Sunday, for the Crunchyroll Anime Awards. The event celebrated the year's best in anime.
