The man accused of throwing Molotov cocktails at a group of marchers advocating for the release of Israeli hostages now faces 118 charges, including attempted murder.

Mohamed Sabry Soliman, a 45-year-old Egyptian immigrant who officials say was living in the U.S. illegally after overstaying a tourist visa, also faces a federal hate crime count.

Mohamed Sabry Soliman is being held on $10 million bond since being taken into custody after an attack on a gathering to support Israeli hostages.

“It was a walk just like all our others, until it wasn't,” the anonymous burn victim, who explained to the crowd that, though they’d grown up Jewish, the walks had helped them connect with their faith after the Oct. 7th attacks. “I went to Hebrew school. I had a mitzvah. I observed all the holidays, but I never felt connected to religion.”
