Inter Miami CF have a monumental task on their hands against Vancouver Whitecaps FC on Wednesday night. After losing the first leg of the Concacaf Champions Cup semifinal 2–0 in Vancouver, the Herons will need to score at least three goals to advance to their first continental final.

With both Leg 2s of the Concacaf Champions Cup semifinals set for this week, we are now closer to knowing who will host the one-match final in early June. The host will be determined by who finishes with the best overall results (based on 3 points for a win and 1 for a draw) from their last six tournament matches leading up to the final.
