The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) protest in the federal capital was brought to an end late on Tuesday after the government launched a grand operation against the protesters surge to the D-Chowk, leaving the senior party leadership "escaping" from the scene.

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi expressed gratitude to Pakistanis and law enforcement for rejecting PTI's protest agenda. He praised the bravery of Rangers, Army, FC, and police for successfully clearing D Chowk and Islamabad.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Rangers personnel have pushed back the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf protestors from D-Chowk, Dunya News reported. It emerged that Rangers reclaimed the control of D-Chowk. Meanwhile, the protestors, splintered into several groups, were present on various sites of the capital.

Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has praised law enforcement agencies for their effective handling of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) protest attempt at D-Chowk in Islamabad. "We thank Allah that the subversive conspiracy has failed miserably, and a peaceful Pakistan and its people have emerged victorious," said Naqvi.
