Florida has only played Louisville three times, the most recent being the 2013 Sugar Bowl. The Gators lost that game 33-23. The Cardinals finished the season 8-4 with a 5-3 ACC record. Their best win was over Clemson, 33-21, on Nov. 2.

Florida football clinched a bowl berth two weekends ago with a win over the Ole Miss Rebels in the Swamp and then solidified its first winning campaign in four years in Tallahassee on Saturday with a 31-11 win over the Florida State Seminoles.

While the Seminoles won't be in the postseason this year, they can end the year by taking down the Florida Gators (6-5, 4-4) in the Sunshine State showdown during rivalry week. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. at Doak Campbell Stadium.
