LOCKPORT, N.Y. — New York State Police shared on Tuesday troopers in Lockport arrested four teens after a stolen vehicle chase on Sunday. Four, 14-year-olds were arrested for criminal possession of stolen property and two of the teens were also charged with resisting arrest.
