Mary Lou Retton reportedly had a bottle of wine in her passenger seat when she was pulled over by police and subsequently charged with a DUI in West Virginia on May 17.

American gymnastics icon Mary Lou Retton faces a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence following her arrest in her West Virginia hometown.

Retton refused to take a breathalyzer test or blood test after her Texas-registered Porsche was pulled over by police, according to the criminal complaint.
