Two days of practice are hardly enough to draw sweeping conclusions, but Grubb’s impact has been felt in his first 30 days on the job.

Grubb takes over as Alabama’s offensive coordinator after a season with the NFL’s Seattle Seahawks. He originally planned to be in Tuscaloosa for the 2024 season, following Kalen DeBoer from Washington, before taking the Seahawks job. Alabama’s players met him briefly last offseason, but after two days of spring practice, he’s earning rave reviews.
