Texas Land Commissioner Dawn Buckingham announced she would make more state-owned land available to the incoming Trump administration to use for deportation efforts.

The state's land commissioner has already offered President-elect Donald Trump the use of a 1,400-acre ranch to house immigrants with removal orders.

We have 13 million acres around the state, and if there’s something that meets the federal government’s needs, we want them to be able to utilize that,” Land Commissioner Dawn Buckingham said.
