U.S. President Donald Trump and Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelenskiy had a "very productive" meeting on Saturday in Rome, a White House official said, as both leaders attended the funeral of Pope Francis.

During his whirlwind trip to Italy, President Trump’s interactions with world leaders, as they paid their respects to Francis, were being watched closely.

Trump arrived at the Vatican with his wife, former first lady Melania Trump, and was seated in the front row near French President Emmanuel Macron during the outdoor service.
