The Philadelphia 76ers received another injury scary on Saturday in Detroit when big man Andre Drummond took a scary fall early in a win over the Pistons. Drummond landed awkwardly after a tip-in and was on the ground for quite some time and in serious pain before being helped to the locker room by Ricky Council IV and Justin Edwards.
