Indian digital payments firm backed by Walmart, PhonePe has terminated its partnership with SoftBank-backed payment orchestration platform Juspay in a move to directly integrate payment solutions for its merchants.

Digital payments giant PhonePe will discontinue all third-party partnerships and integrations with payment aggregators, including Juspay.

A payment orchestrator operates the platform which routes these transactions through the right aggregator, depending on higher success rates.

The move will allow the Walmart-backed fintech firm to offer an integrated payment flow-from transaction origination to final settlement-to the merchants it services
