Quarterback Noah Fifita finished the game with a record-breaking 527 yards and put down the Sun Devils 59-23. Despair and sorrow filled the Sun Devils' sideline, as they watched the Wildcat players celebrate on ASU turf in a blowout loss. That would solidify a second straight 3-9 season for the Sun Devils.

Arizona football suffers loss in 98th Territorial Cup
The University of Arizona football team (4-8, 2-7 in Big 12) lost 49-7 to No. 14 ASU in the 98th Territorial Cup on Saturday, Nov. 30 at 1:30 p.m. in Arizona Stadium. The Wildcats capped off the 2024 season on Senior Day and will now look for ways to improve for next year.

Arizona State football QB Trenton Bourguet executes a rare feat in final Territorial Cup
With a 42-7 lead in the fourth quarter, ASU had plenty of reasons to bring in Bourguet and rest starter Sam Leavitt. Bourguet had come in for freshman and eventual first-round draft pick Jayden Daniels during ASU's 70-7 rout against Arizona in 2020.
