The Seattle Seahawks were defeated 26-20 by the Los Angeles Rams in Week 9. The NFC West rematch is scheduled for the regular-season finale in Week 18. The Rams may be near full strength for that contest, with tight end Tyler Higbee returning to practice earlier this week.

Tyler Higbee is officially back at practice for the first time since tearing his ACL and MCL against the Detroit Lions in January. The Los Angeles Rams announced on Wednesday that Higbee is practicing and has been designated to return from the PUP list.

Higbee tore his ACL in the Rams’ playoff loss to the Detroit Lions in January and underwent surgery to repair the injury. He has missed all 11 of the Rams’ games this year, but has slowly been making progress with the medical staff on the sidelines rehabbing his injury while still being a vocal leader in the locker room.

The Rams are set to have tight end Tyler Higbee back on the practice field this week. Higbee has not been part of a team practice since he tore his ACL last January, but head coach Sean McVay said at his Tuesday press conference that the plan is for Higbee to participate in Wednesday’s workout.

For fantasy purposes, there's no reason to consider rostering or starting Higbee. Rams head coach Sean McVay said the nine-year vet is still a "couple of weeks away" from his return. Even if he makes it back on the field by Week 15, he'll likely see a ramp-up in activity and may not have a full workload until after Week 17.
