The woman accused of shooting and killing an Uber driver in a road rage incident on the Las Vegas Strip is also accused of waving a gun at a mother whom she cut in line at a restaurant, according to documents the 8 News Now Investigators obtained.

According to LVMPD, a man in his 50s was driving for Uber with two passengers when there was a dispute on the road. When vehicles came to stop, the man reportedly exited his car, banged on the driver’s side window of the car in front of him, and was then shot in the neck. Police said, the man had a firearm in his possession.
