HBO announces that 'Euphoria' Season 3 will debut in April 2026, continuing Rue’s story and introducing new characters.

And thank God, because the season 2 finale left a lot of questions unanswered, while a series of controversies, the SAG-AFTRA strike, and writing delays created more than a four-year gap between seasons two and three.

Sam Levinson has given updates on what is in store for characters in the third season of popular drama Euphoria, which will air in April next year, after more than four years off our screens.

Austin Abrams and Algee Smith were left off HBO’s cast list, as well as Storm Reid, who said in November that her character, Rue’s sister Gia, would be absent from Season 3. Barbie Ferreira, who played Kat, exited the series in August 2022, and Angus Cloud, who played Fezco, died at age 25 in July 2023.

The long-awaited third season of Euphoria is nearing. HBO has revealed the premiere date for the return of the youth hit, which wrapped production last month. The WBD-owned network will premiere Season 3 in April 2026. The network didn’t specify a date.
