When Kalen DeBoer was introduced as Alabama football’s head coach one year ago, he did not make specific proclamations about his first season.

Alabama is losing its top two tight ends this season C.J. Dippre and Robbie Ouzts. Dippre, a former transfer from Maryland, finished his career with 65 catches for 782 receiving yards and three receiving touchdowns. Ouzts played all four seasons at Alabama where he hauled in 16 passes for 192 yards and three receiving touchdowns.
