Chase Elliott took to his team radio to discuss Ross Chastain's first-turn move at COTA and Denny Hamlin has shared his view.

Coming out of the weekend at COTA, there was one media interaction that didn’t sit particularly well with Denny Hamlin, who has become a sort of hybrid competitor and media personality himself. He wasn’t thrilled that both Ross Chastain and Chase Elliott ducked questions about a dustup on the track.

Bringing out a late caution to really make this race interesting, Denny Hamlin absolutely cleaned Austin Dillon out and into the gravel. Dillon got stuck as a result and the caution was brought out while NASCAR safety crews pulled him from the hazard pit.

Chase Elliott rallied for a fourth-place finish at Circuit of The Americas, righting his No. 9 Chevrolet after a first-lap incident.
