Connor McDavid of the Edmonton Oilers has been suspended by the NHL Department of Player Safety for three games for crosschecking Conor Garland of the Vancouver Canucks in the helmet. Vancouver’s Tyler Myers was also been suspended for three games for cross-checking Edmonton’s Evan Bouchard.
