Eurostar says its services between London and Paris will remain suspended for the rest of the day. It follows the discovery of an unexploded World War Two bomb near to the Gare du Nord station in Paris. More on this shortly.

The police successfully defused the explosive device, which weighs more than 1,000 pounds and was found near tracks north of the French capital during landscaping work.
