French anti-terrorism authorities say four people are in custody after a deadly stabbing in eastern France that authorities linked to Islamic radicalism.

The French interior minister has accused the Algerian authorities of having refused 10 times a pass allowing the deportation of Brahim A., 37, suspected of stabbing a person to death and wounding five police officers in Mulhouse on Saturday.
