FRISCO, Texas - The Cowboys have conducted their third head coaching interview since moving on from Mike McCarthy, with Seattle Seahawks assistant head coach Leslie Frazier completing his interview on Monday.

The Dallas Cowboys completed an interview with Seattle assistant Leslie Frazier on Monday, the third external candidate to meet with the team in the search to replace former coach Mike McCarthy.

Saleh, 45, most recently spent time with the Green Bay Packers as an offensive consultant after being fired on October 8 by the Jets following a Week 5 23-17 loss to the Minnesota Vikings. In three full seasons and five games as the head coach in New York, Saleh compiled a 20-36 overall record.

Dallas owner and general manager Jerry Jones has had informal discussions with Colorado coach Deion Sanders. The Pro Football Hall of Fame cornerback spent five seasons with the Cowboys and helped them win their most recent Super Bowl to cap the 1995 season. Dallas hasn't advanced beyond the divisional round of the playoffs since then.

The Seattle Sounders have acquired U.S. team forward Jesús Ferreira in a trade with FC Dallas. Ferreira played in 163 MLS regular season games with Dallas, scoring 53 goals with 34 assists.

In exchange for the Arriola, FCD received the Sounders’ 2026 first-round MLS SuperDraft Pick and up to $300,000 in General Allocation Money (GAM). F
