TAMPA, Fla. — The Tampa Bay Buccaneers promoted Josh Grizzard, an in-house candidate, to replace Liam Coen as offensive coordinator. Grizzard spent his first season with the Buccaneers as the passing game coordinator. He also had significant input on 3rd downs, which ranked No. 1 in the NFL at a 51.11% conversion rate.

Grizzard joined the Bucs last season after spending seven seasons with the Miami Dolphins. A former football player and graduate assistant at Yale, he rose through the ranks when he joined the Dolphins in 2017 as an offensive quality control coach and then was promoted to coach receivers.
While Super Bowl 59 looms, the NFL's best players take center stage for the 2025 Pro Bowl Games. For the third consecutive year, the league's best will compete in a series of skills competitions and a flag football game, eschewing the traditional tackle football event. Games include dodgeball, tug-of-war and punting competitions.
