Approximately $116 billion will be needed to build out the existing colocation data center pipeline across the APAC region in the next five to seven years, according to a report from Cushman & Wakefield. The current pipeline of colocation projects, either in construction or in late-stage planning, stands at 12.45GW.

The Philippines will need approximately $1.09 billion worth of capital to build data centers in the pipeline for the coming five to seven years, according to Cushman & Wakefield.

Cushman & Wakefield stressed that Việt Nam continued to be recognised as an attractive destination for data centre investors.
