An 8-month-old Florida boy has died after he was hit and killed by a car allegedly following an argument between a man and a woman, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.

A Jacksonville woman said she lost nearly everything in two fires. Those incidents happened at the Woodlake Park apartments, on San Jose Boulevard.
