MILWAUKEE - A shooting in Milwaukee on Thursday morning, March 6 left one person wounded. It happened around 2:50 a.m. near Landers Street and Brentwood Avenue. Police say the victim, a 25-year-old, was taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries. The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation.

Milwaukee police are investigating a fatal stabbing that ended in one person being arrested. Police say it happened near North 18th Street and West Chambers Street at around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, just south of Union Cemetery. A 35-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene. A 62-year-old has been arrested.
