目前网上绝大多数教程都停留在表面：只教你执行 VACUUM、VACUUM FULL，完全不讲底层 MVCC 机制、Vacuum 阻塞根源、不同操作的风险边界。很多团队盲目操作，轻则膨胀反复复发，重则线上锁表、业务瘫痪。
