A Cincinnati officer won't be charged in the shooting death of an 18-year-old who was holding a gun and running from police.

Hamilton County Prosecutor Connie Pillich has scheduled a press conference to announce the results of the investigation launched after a Cincinnati police officer shot and killed Ryan Hinton on May 1

This comes as Cincinnati sees a rise so far this year in overall violent crime, while homicides and shootings have been down citywide.
