開会式では、北部、中部、南部のユネスコ無形文化遺産が再現され、ハロン遺産 ・ 輝かしい奇跡」、「クアンニン・ 遺産の中の遺産」、そして「五大陸の統合 ・ 先駆けて輝く」と題した芸術プログラムを通して新たな息吹が吹き込まれました。約1000人のプロとアマチュアの俳優が、公演を通してクアンニン省、そしてベトナムの独特な歴史と文化を紹介しました。
