The National Weather Service issued an updated winter weather advisory at 4:33 p.m. on Monday valid from Tuesday 4 p.m. until Wednesday 7 a.m. for Western Chester, Eastern Chester and Eastern Montgomery as well as Delaware and Philadelphia counties.
