Sky News host Caroline Marcus has reacted to Joe Biden’s latest gaffe as the US President once again has found himself at the centre of attention, this time forgetting the name of a White House guest he invited to sing Happy Birthday to on stage.

After initially saying his name, President Biden appeared to mispronounce or forget the name of a man on stage as he sang "Happy Birthday" to him at the White House.
