A business partner of a suspect charged with kidnapping and torturing an Italian man in a posh City townhouse for weeks has surrendered to authorities and is expected to face charges, according to police.

Sources said cryptocurrency investor John Woeltz took the man's passport, tied him up, tortured and photographed him until the man managed to escape and alert authorities.
