KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - The Knoxville Police Department said a dog was electrocuted by a terminal in a Walmart parking lot Monday morning. According to KPD, officers responded to the Walmart on Clinton Highway at around 10:30 a.m. after a woman reported seeing the dog walk through a puddle and yelp.
