Lyra Valkyria has advanced to the next round of the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship Tournament. On the December 9 episode of WWE RAW, Valkyria faced Zelina Vega and Ivy Nile in a first-round match.

WWE kicked off its women’s Intercontinental Championship Tournament on Monday Night Raw last week with Dakota Kai defeating Shayna Baszler and Katana Chance to book her ticket to the semifinals. The tourney continued this week in Wichita with yet another triple threat on the other side of the bracket.

In just a few short weeks, WWE has doubled the number of women’s title belts in circulation — first with the Women’s United States Championship on Smackdown, and now with the Women’s Intercontinental Championship on Raw.
