The Indianapolis Colts will start training camp as a relatively healthy football team. When speaking with the local media on Tuesday, GM Chris Ballard mentioned that no one is expected to begin training camp on the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list, according to James Boyd of The Athletic.
