Every week, we collect shucked oyster shells from seven local restaurants in order to return them to the Bay and create new oyster habitat. Join us for the ride in this video as we pick up shells from participating restaurants and take them to our curing site. They will stay at the site for six months to soak up the sun and rid them of bacteria before they are returned to the Bay. Going out to eat this weekend?
