Push me up against a wall and tell me to choose one part of the body to improve flexibility, I’m going with groin. In my experience, its the most undertrained and under-utilized parts of the body and many would benefit from just working this range alone. Loaded Butterfly Stretch is an easy entry point and a slight elevation of the hips can make it more accessible starting out.
