SITUATION IN DRC: SANDF refuse to surrender to M23. In video below,we see DRC soldiers who ran away to Rwanda to get treated ,they left their weapons. When crossing to Rwanda, Some removed army uniforms so that they cannot be recognised by M23 rebels. There's a letter circulating online, where South African soldiers were reporting that, they are under attack and Soldiers of DRC have ran away, leaving SANDF soldiers with tough work to deal with M23 alone.
